The Times of India published about an event which happened in Koramagala regarding an Infosys Engineer Amit Budhiraja. A Satyma Engineer was in similar situation but both handled things differently becuase the Satyam Engineer Asked for help from Social Organistion while the Infosys Engineer did not

Let us read some excerpts from the sucide note in the print edition of times of India  

"I loved her  a lot even though she had an affair with her collegue. I overheard their conversation when she used to lock the door and talk in low voice. There were also discussions on divorce . I kept quite fearing that she might file ( dowry & 498a) harassment cse against me though I had not accepted anything from her . So I killed her " 

Looking at this note . The implication cannot be made that he killed her for Adulterity , he did not kill her becuase she wanted divorce . He killed her becuase she threatened to destroy his life by filing the Dowry and 498a cases. 

The next excerpt from this note throws a uncanny clear understanding of the problem faced that my understanding is clear

Every Newspapaer is gliding  over this clear fact which most clear inference from this excerpt of his suicide.

I can just visualise the situation The husband catches her talking to her collegue or suddenly she starts the fight over some matter. She maybe says " Mein tumhe barbad kar doongi , kahin career nahin karne doongi , tumko tumhare maa baap jail mein sada doongi "

He would say " kyon kar rahi ho kyan milega tujhe " 

She would say " dil ki tasali"  "main tujhe kangaal kar ke chod dungi , tujhe jeenak laya nahin choding " 

Something snaps . He gets physical and  kills her . Overcome by shock he writes a sucide note as to  what drove him and kills himself

An Engineer from Satyam ( deepika's husband) faced the same harassment as she told him she had found someone else whom she loves. She will destroy him and his family  and all the above dialogues . He father told about his friendship with commissioner Dadhiyal which will ensure maximum harassment to this Satyam Engineer. 

But this guy had joined the Save Indian Family and a SIFian will never kill , never be physical , never shout but they will fight to the end of this world for justice. 

Amit why didn't you ask for help. We would have empowered you in your fight . 
 
Something similar said by deepika bajaj was recorded which amit you may have heard and is probably becoming a ghar ghar ki kahani slowly . This came in Sahara News, NDTV  but no action was taken by bangalore police which had received the CD much earlier . They did nothing to prevent the crime of false accusations. Maybe amit had already seen those news articles but you did not learn the lesson of fighting against injustice

Yes they suffered like the 52000 known new men who are made to suffer false dowry case every year  but these 52000 men  also fought back and informing the Society what is happening that is what you need to do .

Killing solves no problem. 

yes I understand that you will not get justice for the adultery that you think your wife committed. yes I understand that if you had tried take divorce on the ground of Adultery your wife would have filed for Section 498a and Dowry case as you were rightly told and feared . yes It is true that for some days you and your parents and even far off relatives may be sent to jail for no fault of ours.Yes I do understand that somehow the Authorities, counsellors would have blamed you as "suspicious person " and to get over it. 
But then even Galeleo was told to recant that earth moves round the sun . Maybe you would have been forced to recant similar  what you think that your wife was adulterous though silently just like Galileo you would have said " but it happens " . 

But in Life we go through by not doing fault overselves. If the judiciary , lawmakers , police are currently not doing their job competently the way they should be at the speed which is reasonable expectation of any litigant namely decide the family case in 1.5 years ( law says six months but we are reasonable six months) .The judiciary needs to understand that there are many adultery cases which are the true.It is our job to try to nudge them towards doing the job properly .

Amit you are right the other option apart from the one you chose was that you had was the face harassment , bullying by the legal system, Police , see your parents wither away in the maze of legal system. Spent anywhere between 10 years to 20 years trying to get divorce. Pay money for her fault of adultery .Go to jail under a fabricated Dowry complaint. 

Your passion would have been a strength to make the judiciary , police change and mend their way.
 
If you really wnted to commit some crime the better ones would have been to  paint 498a misusers dikhaar hai dikhaar hai on the police bonnet  to bring them visibility and drive home the increasing unwillingness of husbands to tolerate the nonsense of false dowry cases by adulterous women 
You could have  protested by walking in underwear on M.G.Road to highlight  this 

But instead  you killed two humans and did nothing to improve the situation of those facing problems like you .

Every year more then 50,000 men face the same what you faced waiting years , 8 years , 10 years 15 years to get justice but they do not kill. They fight , fight and are trying to ensure that their future generations do not face the same problems. Kohli fought for 18 years to get semblence of justice.

Yes change we shall , change we will , we do not need to kill as private justice mechanism to bring about this we need to raise vioces, reason , protest . Suicide helps nobody .
