Why did he do he feared dowry laws clear as crystal from suicide note

Then just as we recovered from shock ramakrishna Raju from hyderabad .

& siasat gives a better picture of what drove ramkrishna to suicide and of course as is evident to anyone it cannot be a sucide pact so one of the two poisioned the other. On probability I would have to bet on Ramkrishna as the person who did it or soumya committed sucide as threatened and realising the dowry laws as they are implemented  he committed sucide as the best way to prevent his parents from being troubled from his troubled marriage. But the common thread the fear of the laws which did that .

The third again in two more days
in more case One more case in lokhandwala complex, chief engineer
killed his wife. They had differences and had filed
divorce.
No suicde note but the sword of 498a was defnitely there

This was preceded by the killing of his wife by Amit Pagare ini Delhi  the CA who killed his wife and moved around with her body for eight hours in suitcase . They had a history of 498a dowry laws  and then settled their differences but his wife used to abuse him and rethreaten him with dowry laws.

Its not that killings did not happen but the frequency has just increased temendously and it is happening in frequent bursts nowadays. 4 reported in just two months by mild mannered white collar profession is showing that when cornered even a rat will bite.

and the common thread all the above is lack of faith in  legal system to protect the interests of Husbands.

Its time for judiciary to instill faith by both words and actions in that section which has now lost faith in it.

Becuase every husband talks in corridors of family and criminal courts , excheange notes and have come to thier own conclusions. Every husband who is embroiled in cases remembers someone who has not filed a case ask for feedback of legal system from those studies their cases and outcomes of who have gone throught the cases and makes their own evaluation on the legal systems .

Currently according to recent statistics mere 7% of cases are filed by husbands , 69% by wife and remaining are mutual. A clear reflection that husbands are giving a thumbs down by even withdrawing from the legal system  . This is an extremely bad sign when a husband belives that the cruelity suffered by him will not get a look in and decides to mete out justice himself for all the wrongs he suffered in whatever way it is possible for him .

53000 husbands commit suicide every year .......

Can the legal system will have to start on confidence building motions Even those who are tried in TADA have deposed faith in judiciary . Surely gaining the confidence of husbands should not be big problem  .All they need a fairness in the process and outcomes
